Just got charged $80 for a FILL! I called in to make an appointment which I showed up 5 minutes early to. Kim did my nails and was extremely impatient with me. She said multiple times throughout my appointment that my nails were taking way too long and that she was busy and didn’t have time for me. At the end of my appointment AFTER telling me at a fill was $55 she told me my total was $80 because she was going to charge $25 for design??? I have been to countless nail salons in my life and I have NEVER seen anyone charge so much for straight lines and literal dots. Ridiculous, especially for the messy work and terrible customer service. Save yourself the money, time, and headache. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never even taken the time out of my day to write a bad reviews for anyone but this salon was a joke and just ripped off a college student of $80.

This nail salon is my go-to nail salon. They always have availability even though they are busy, they make sure that you get your nails done when you need to. They also know how to do designs and listen to your requests. I have several photos of my nails, I usually like to get dip nails. A picture is worth a thousand words, so enjoy my photos.

i came here on monday for my appointment i scheduled a few days before with vincent after not using this salon for almost 2 years. when i got there, vincent wasn’t there. they said they were sorry and had someone else take care of me, which was fine. she did my nails but the price did not match what i got. it has been 2 days and the color on the $75 nails i paid for is already fading and the tips of my nails have no paint on them. this is the quality i use to pay $45 for at a different salon, but i wanted to come here for the quality of the nails i used to get. the service i received was not quality and wouldn’t normally look like this after 2 weeks, but it’s only been 2 days and i already am having to consider getting them re-done for this event.

I went in today to get my acrylics removed. It was my first ever acrylics so I wasn’t sure about the process of removal (I had them on for less than 2 weeks), but after looking it up I now know that the tech damaged my nails by not removing them correctly. She pried them off with plyers and by sliding a fake nail between the acrylic and my natural nail, thereby taking off layers of my natural nail and peeling the corners of them: a very uncomfortable process. She offered to put a clear coat over them which I accepted but they still extremely rough to the touch, painful, and do not look nice whatsoever. I went to a salon because I didn’t want to damage my nails by trying to remove them myself, but I would have soaked them in acetone to remove them at least, not just pry them off. Very unsatisfied and I should’ve just done it myself or gone elsewhere.
